Brionne Smith

Brionne’s not afraid of hard work. She worked her way through college (2 jobs, Penn State), where she earned a B.S. in psychology. Here at CP, you might find her firing up a chainsaw or operating our sawmill.

But most of the time she’s in the office, where, as Program Manager, she coordinates our Pre- Apprenticeship program, our CNC Technology program, and our Fallen Log program. She helps trainees with their resumes, with interview preparation, and with navigating the host of support services that are available. She says of the trainees: “They are ready to be helped,” which, we think, puts it rather well.

Brionne says that CP fulfills her “Big 3”: supportive, approachable supervisors who don’t micro- manage; colleagues who work toward a common goal; and work that is gratifying.
